What Worth a Shot Studio keeps, where your words go to make a post, and how to delete it all.

What we keep when you sign in
- From Google: your email address, name and profile picture. We ask for nothing else.
- Your setup: what you write about your business, your colours, fonts and logo, your sources and your filter.
- Your last list of ideas, and a count of how many posts you made today (there is a daily limit).
- A sign-in cookie, so you stay signed in for up to 7 days.
This is stored with Cloudflare, where the studio runs. It is deleted 30 days after you last use the studio, or at once when you press Delete my data.
We do not keep your carousels or videos. Your browser draws them, and the files you download or share stay on your device.
What is sent where to make your posts
- To find ideas and write the slides, the video beats and the caption, we send your business text, your filter and the items from your sources to OpenRouter, which passes them to Anthropic’s Claude.
- Public web pages and feeds you add as sources, and the website you use to fill in your setup, are fetched by our server.
- Instagram handles are read through a scraping service, which sees only the handle.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them.
What we don’t do
- No ad tracking and no analytics in the studio.
- We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.
- Nothing is posted for you. You download or share the files yourself.
The newsletter
Only if you tick the box. We pass your email address to the club’s sign-up, you get a mail to confirm, and you are on the list only after you confirm. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. The club’s privacy notice covers the newsletter.
How to delete your data
In the studio, open Setup and press Delete my data. That removes your setup, logo, ideas, newsletter tick and daily counts from our side and signs you out. You can also write to shot@worthashotclub.com and we will do it for you. If you already confirmed the newsletter, unsubscribe with the link in any issue.
